Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative Lead to join DXC Technology. This position will involve handling inbound calls from insurance policy holders and providers, executing business process transactions, and collaborating with team members to enhance service delivery.

Your responsibilities will include assisting in process improvement, analyzing data trends, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a call center environment and FINRA 6 or 7 certification are required, preferably with a focus on Life Insurance.
