Job Description
We are seeking a Field Collector to conduct client visits, collect overdue payments, verify assets, and assess repossession feasibility. You will locate and recover collateral, deliver notices, negotiate settlements or voluntary surrenders, coordinate legal referrals, and maintain accurate records. Daily reporting to your supervisor and coordination with Tele Collectors are required. The role involves skip tracing, dispute handling, safeguarding recovered assets, and adherence to company and legal repossession procedures. Full-time, permanent position; pay from Php15,00/month. Benefits include health and life insurance, fuel discounts, company events, promotion opportunities, and conversion to permanent employment. Travel up to 25%; work on the road.
