Job Description

Eclerx is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will guide customers through the rollover process and respond to inquiries via chat, email, and phone. You will gain expertise in 401ks, rollovers, and IRAs while communicating effectively with financial institutions.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in handling accounts related to US 401ks, rollovers, or IRAs, along with a vocational or college degree. Fluency in English with a neutral accent is essential.
