Job Description
We are seeking an AP Lead Specialist to oversee accounts payable operations, lead a small team, and ensure timely, accurate invoice processing and vendor payments. Responsibilities include supervising AP workflows, month-end close support, reconciliation, policy compliance, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate has 5+ years AP experience, leadership skills, proficiency with ERP systems and Excel, strong communication, and attention to detail.
