Job Description
As Accounts Payable Specialist at Eclerx you will manage end-to-end payables: POs, vendor bills, credit cards and payments; maintain vendor relations; keep a live payables register with commentary and payment proposals; ensure VAT recovery; reconcile AP balance-sheet accounts; drive month-end close and partner with purchasing heads. Required: proven high-volume AP experience, strong business acumen, software accounting knowledge, willingness to work US hours/night shifts and PH holidays, and onsite availability in Alabang, Muntinlupa when required.
