Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented US Payroll Technician to process accurate payroll for US employees. Responsibilities include running payroll cycles, calculating wages, deductions and taxes, ensuring federal and state compliance, reconciling payroll accounts, generating reports, and responding to employee inquiries. Must be proficient with payroll systems (ADP/Workday/Paychex), Excel, and payroll tax laws. Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent), 1–3 years US payroll experience, strong numerical accuracy, confidentiality and communication skills. This is a full-time role with opportunity for growth.
