We are seeking a motivated and organized Personal Assistant to support our CEO at Edna’s Cakeland. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a personal assistant or executive secretary role.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Serve as the primary point of contact, screening phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Draft and edit communications, manage travel arrangements, and organize events.
• Remind the CEO of important tasks and efficiently manage the calendar.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
