Job Description
We seek a Documentation and Access Controller to monitor project milestones, prepare access requests, supervise subcontractors/vendors, manage PAT/PAC/PSR documentation and approvals, support facility implementation, maintain databases, and report to clients/management. Requirements: degree in CE/EE/ME/ECE, telecom/infrastructure coordination experience, strong organization, multitasking, and excellent written/verbal communication including C‑level liaison. Full-time, in-person in Davao City. Salary Php40,00–55,00/month. Applicants must be open to project-based status and state location, project-preference, expected/last salary, earliest start date, and Nokia experience.
