Job Description
The New Patient Coordinator at Elevated Plus Inc. manages open orders and pending determinations, closes orders when determinations arrive, and processes daily end-of-day reports (60–80 records). Duties include following up with providers to finalize notes and work statuses, submitting authorization extensions or revisions, and timely professional email communication. Requires strong Excel, excellent written and verbal English, organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and teamwork. Temporary, in-person in Makati. Pay Php25,00/month. Bachelor’s and 1 year customer service experience preferred; Spanish beneficial but not required.
