Job Description
Join Elevated Plus Inc. as a CSR — Bilingual (Spanish & English) in a project-based, full-time, on-site role in Makati City. Preferably with BPO experience, you must have strong verbal communication in English and Spanish, excellent organizational skills, and be willing to work US hours. You will handle incoming calls, video calls, and customer service inquiries; record customer information in our database; engage clients professionally and attentively; and follow established communication procedures and policies. Compensation is Php50,00 per month. Candidates should reliably commute or plan to relocate to Makati before starting. Work location: in person.
