Job Description
Elevated Plus Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Workers’ Compensation Case Coordinator to support the WC department. Responsibilities include monitoring and closing open orders in the WC tracker, processing daily end-of-day reports (60–80 patients), confirming provider notes and work status reports, submitting extensions and revised authorizations, triaging complex questions to medical staff, and maintaining confidential, accurate documentation. Candidates must be fluent in English, have a clear professional voice, prior contact center or medical experience preferred, familiarity with U.S. insurance types (PPO, HMO, Medicaid), and proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint. Full-time, on-the-road role, Php25,00/month.
