Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Generation Research Specialist to identify high-quality B2B prospects and build targeted contact lists. You will research industries and companies, verify emails and phone numbers, enrich lead data, maintain CRM records, and support outbound campaigns using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead intelligence tools. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in lead research, excellent internet research and communication skills, proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, and strong attention to detail. Self-starter mindset and ability to deliver accurate, actionable lead lists under deadlines are required.
