Job Description
We are seeking a Service Center Manager to lead daily operations, ensure high-quality customer service, and manage technical teams. You will supervise repairs, coordinate schedules, monitor KPIs, control inventory, and implement process improvements to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years in service/operations management, strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, and familiarity with CRM and inventory systems. Prefer experience in automotive or electronics service centers.
