Job Description

We are hiring a Technical Customer Support Specialist Level I to provide first-line technical assistance to customers, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems.

Responsibilities: respond to tickets and calls, diagnose software and hardware issues, guide users through solutions, document cases, and collaborate with engineering teams.

Requirements: bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1 year of support or technical experience, basic knowledge of networking and operating systems, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and fluency in English.
