Job Description
We are seeking a Purchasing Specialist II to manage procurement of goods and services, negotiate with suppliers, maintain vendor relationships, and ensure cost-effective purchasing. Responsibilities include sourcing, issuing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, resolving discrepancies, and analyzing spend to support inventory planning. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years procurement experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, proficiency with ERP systems and MS Excel, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally. This role reports to the Procurement Manager and supports continuous improvement of purchasing processes.
