Job Description
Join ENCORE LEASING & FINANCE CORP as a Credit and Collection Specialist managing receivables, contacting clients to resolve overdue accounts, negotiating payment arrangements, conducting credit evaluations, reviewing financial documents, recommending credit limits, and maintaining accurate collection records and reports. Coordinate with accounting, legal, sales and operations, perform field visits (up to 75% travel), ensure compliance, participate in audits, and deliver professional client service. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, strong negotiation and collection strategy skills, valid driver’s license, and willingness to perform field work. Job type: Full-time, permanent.
