Job Description

Greet and assist customers, answer product and policy inquiries, resolve complaints, record interactions, coordinate with departments, and handle basic admin. Minimum Senior High School graduate. Retail, food service, or customer service experience is a plus; fresh graduates with patience and calm under pressure welcome. Full-time, permanent, on-site.
