Work Schedule: Dayshift (6 days a week – Monday to Saturday, 8AM to 5PM)

Summary

We are currently helping our client in Retail/Distribution domain to fill a Talent Acquisition/HR Specialist position, who is passionate about building great teams and skilled in identifying, hiring, and developing top talent. The ideal candidate will excel at recruitment, employee performance evaluation, and implementing strategies that help our people and organization thrive.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent management, or performance evaluation
• Strong knowledge of HR systems, recruitment platforms, and performance management tools
• Proven ability to conduct interviews and assess candidates effectively
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in a corporate or agency recruitment environment is a plus

What you’ll do:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Oversee employee performance evaluation processes and support performance review cycles
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date talent and performance records
• Optimize recruitment and performance management systems and tools
• Support talent development and succession planning initiatives
