Job Description
Equicom Services seeks an on-site full-time HR Training and Development Officer at 3F Equicom Center, Makati. Require bachelor’s in HR/ Psychology/ Education/ Business, 2–3 years L&D/OD experience, knowledge of adult learning, TNA, IDP creation, competency assessment, MS Office; LMS a plus. Responsibilities: conduct TNA, develop/maintain IDPs, manage assignments/promotions, design/deliver workshops and e-learning, evaluate training effectiveness, ensure IMS/ISO and data privacy compliance.
