Job Description
Espresso Studio seeks Barista Interns (OJT) to learn specialty coffee preparation, customer service, and café operations. This paid 3-month on-the-job training (Php700/month) includes hands-on mentorship, paid training hours, and employee discount. Work on-site at 2nd Floor Greenfield Tower, Mandaluyong City. Responsibilities: assist in preparing espresso and brewed drinks, maintain cleanliness, restock supplies, follow hygiene and SOPs, and engage customers professionally. Qualifications: current Hospitality/Culinary/Tourism student with OJT requirement, eager to learn, punctual, and team-oriented. No prior barista experience required.
