Job Description
Euroasia Executive Search Inc. is seeking a dedicated Store Manager to lead our retail store operations. The Store Manager will be accountable for achieving business goals, optimizing profits, managing daily operations, and ensuring an excellent customer experience while upholding the company’s values.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee store performance and profitability
- Reduce waste and manage operational expenses
- Supervise staff, communicate policies, and handle customer complaints
- Implement company directives and complete assigned tasks
Requirements:
- 3+ years retail store management experience (preferably in grocery)
- Strong sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills
- Willing to work in BGC, Taguig
