Job Description
European Innovation Academy empowers universities and students worldwide to turn academic ideas into startups. We seek a full-time remote Customer Success Management Specialist to manage post-sale relationships, coordinate onboarding, validate student data, serve as primary contact for logistics, ensure certificates and post-program materials, track feedback, maintain program records, and support renewals with sales and operations. Requirements: 2+ years in customer success or account coordination, CRM experience (Pipedrive preferred), strong communication, attention to detail, Excel and PowerPoint familiarity, bachelor’s degree preferred. Job type: Full-time. Location: Remote.
