Job Description
Position: Sales Settlement Analyst
Qualifications:
- At least a graduate of Information Technology (IT), Financial Management, Accountancy, or any related course
- With strong analytical and numerical skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and other data management tools
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
- With good communication and coordination skills
- Willing to be assigned in Brgy. Catalunan Grande Davao City
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review, validate, and reconcile daily sales reports and transactions
- Monitor and ensure timely settlement of sales data from branches or field teams
- Coordinate with Accounting, Sales, and Operations departments for discrepancies or missing reports
- Prepare and analyze sales summaries, collection reports, and supporting documents
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales entries in the system
- Generate and submit periodic sales settlement reports to management
- Support process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency
