Job Description
The Accounting Specialist in our Financial Analysis team will prepare and analyze financial reports, assist budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis, reconcile general ledger and inventory accounts, support financial modeling and audit preparation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes. Requirements: BS in Accountancy or Accounting major, strong written and verbal communication, experience in inventory reconciliation, analytical and organized, and proficient with computerized accounting systems. This full-time, onsite role offers flexible hours, competitive salary Php25,00–Php32,00/month, paid overtime, annual merit increases, leave credits with cash conversion, employee discounts, emergency loan, insurance benefits, and promotion opportunities.
