Job Description
We are hiring a Resident Support Specialist to provide daily assistance and case coordination for residents, ensuring safety, well-being, and access to services.
Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, conducting needs assessments, coordinating referrals, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with care teams. Must handle crises calmly and advocate for residents.
Requirements: diploma or equivalent, 1+ year experience in social services or housing support, strong communication, organization, and empathy. Proficiency in basic computer tools preferred.
