Job Description
GDS Consulting is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SOX Staff to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in the implementation and maintenance of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance processes.
Key responsibilities include performing risk assessments, evaluating internal controls, and collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The successful applicant will have strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. Previous experience in auditing or compliance is a plus.
