Job Description
We seek a Process Excellence Specialist to drive continuous improvement across operations. You will analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, lead Lean/Six Sigma projects, define KPIs, and implement standardized workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable cost, quality, and time improvements. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in process improvement or operations, strong analytical and project management skills, and experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
