Job Description
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Responsibilities include workforce planning, performance management, talent development, employee relations, change management, and advising on HR policies and compliance. We seek a proactive professional with a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 3+ years HRBP or HR generalist experience, strong interpersonal and analytical skills, and the ability to influence at all levels while maintaining confidentiality.
