Job Description
We are seeking an Executive Support Specialist to provide proactive, high-level administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and clear communication across teams.
Key responsibilities include calendar and travel management, meeting coordination, drafting correspondence, preparing reports and presentations, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements: 3+ years of administrative or executive support experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, strong discretion, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and calendar tools.
