Job Description

The Audit Supervisor, under the general direction of the Internal Audit Manager and AVP – Audit, is responsible for planning, directing, reviewing, and coordinating financial, compliance, and business improvement audits within the Corporate Internal Audit Group. It involves supervising and training audit staff, overseeing fieldwork, and ensuring timely, high-quality audit reports and recommendations to improve controls, operations, and cost efficiency. The position also entails managing audit schedules, monitoring staff performance, facilitating communication with auditees, supporting external auditors, and providing technical assistance on accounting and auditing matters. Additionally, the role requires staying updated on developments in GAAP, organizational standards, and policies, while pursuing continuous professional development and certifications.

The ideal candidate for the role is a graduate of Accountancy and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). With at least three years of relevant experience. Strong auditing and accounting skills, knowledge of business systems and controls, proficiency in computer applications, and excellent reporting, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. Candidates should be detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven, with strong problem-solving and time management abilities, a high level of integrity, and a willingness to travel.
