Job Description
We are seeking an HR Employee Engagement Specialist to develop and execute programs that boost morale, retention, and workplace culture. You will design initiatives, lead events, gather feedback, and collaborate with HR and management to improve employee experience.
Key responsibilities: plan engagement campaigns, run surveys and focus groups, analyze data, recommend improvements, coordinate recognition programs and internal communications.
Requirements: 2+ years in HR or engagement roles, strong communication and project management skills, experience with survey tools and data analysis, proactive and people-oriented.
