Qualifications:

1. At least graduate of high school

2. Must be flexible in time (Can work over time, holidays or even Sunday)

3. Hardworking, punctual and trustworthy

4. Willing to start ASAP.

5. Willing to carry heavy tiles

Job Description:

· Utilizing great physical strength and thorough understanding of showroom procedures and inventory control.

· Highly skilled in receiving incoming material and goods.

· Hands on experience in verifying quality and quantity of materials by checking merchandise against packing list.

· Maintaining inventory records and ensuring identification of damaged goods.

· Assist in performing preventive maintenance and cleaning on flooring systems throughout the facility.

· Assist in installing and repairing various flooring materials as necessary for the maintenance and upkeep of the facilities.

· Assist in keeping facilities and equipment clean and in proper working order and running condition.

· Assist in performing a variety of skilled maintenance duties which could include painting of buildings and minor repairs as necessary.

· Assist in doing minor alterations and emergency major repairs.

· Performs heavy physical labor and uses hand and power tools related to work performed.

· Perform all other duties and responsibilities assigned to them by the management from time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php13,260.00 – Php15,300.00 per month
