Job Description
We seek a Quality Assurance Surveyor to manage cost control, contract administration, feasibility studies, valuations and payments. You will liaise with clients, contractors, architects and engineers, prepare reports, budgets and risk assessments, and ensure compliance with codes and safety regulations. Lead QA/QC planning, site inspections, audits, material testing, documentation of non-conformances, and corrective actions to resolve defects. Candidates must be detail-oriented, experienced in construction surveying and quality systems, and able to work on site full-time.
