Job Description

We are hiring a General Admin to manage daily office operations, travel and hotel bookings, visa processing, office supplies inventory, document handling, and errands. You will handle phone and email correspondence, support HR, Finance and Operations, coordinate permits, licenses and lease renewals with auditors and building admin, and maintain clean, functional workspaces. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1+ year preferred, strong communication, Microsoft Office (Excel), organization, time management, leadership and problem-solving skills. Full-time; Php16,00–18,00/month. Benefits include health insurance, paid training, additional leave, company events and potential promotion to permanent employee. On-site work.
