Job Description
We are hiring a Technical Support Engineer (Oracle SQL & Unix) to provide second-line support for database and Unix-based systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Oracle SQL queries, performance tuning, backup and recovery, incident diagnosis, log analysis, scripting in shell, deploying patches, and collaborating with development teams. Candidate must have 2+ years experience with Oracle databases, strong SQL skills, solid Unix/Linux administration, problem-solving ability, and good communication in English. Certifications such as Oracle OCA/OCP are a plus. This role offers shift flexibility, on-call rotation, and career growth in a fast-paced technical support environment.
