Job Description

We are looking for a target driven sales officer to handle corporate loan sales for Finco. In this role, your responsibilities include sourcing corporate borrowers, assessing basic credit suitability, and closing secured loan deals. You work closely with internal teams to move accounts from inquiry to loan release.

To succeed as a sales officer, you build strong relationships with company owners and key decision makers, identify financing needs, and manage a healthy sales pipeline. A strong sales officer understands lending fundamentals, collateral requirements, and focuses on quality loan production with repeat clients.

Sales Officer Responsibilities:

• Source corporate loan clients through field sales, referrals, and partnerships.
• Conduct initial borrower interviews, KYC checks, and pre screening.
• Explain loan products, interest rates, terms, and collateral requirements.
• Collect, review, and submit complete client documentation.
• Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams.
• Follow up on loan applications until approval and release.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales reports.
• Meet monthly loan volume and performance targets.
• Build long term client relationships to generate repeat loans and referrals.

Sales Officer Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in corporate sales, lending, or financial services preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of credit evaluation and secured lending.
• Comfortable working with targets and commission based pay.
• Willingness to conduct field work and client visits.
• Good organization and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
