Job Description
Based in San Fernando, Pampanga. Full-time (6 days/week; Sat half-day 8:00–14:00). Execute commercial campaigns, calculate commissions, build performance and segmentation reports, run mass communications and collections, and design sales development strategies. Requirements: Bachelor’s (Engineering/Math/Stats/Marketing preferred), strong numeracy and advanced Excel, conversational English, 5+ years in finance/fintech/insurance/logistics, willingness to travel. Desirable: statistics, AI, Python/Power BI skills. Salary Php50,00–70,00; benefits include company car, life insurance, extra leave, parking.
