Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Admin and Document Controller to join Firmbuilders, Inc. Your primary responsibilities will include processing the renewal of company permits, licenses, and registrations; preparing bidding documents; and managing contracts and leases.
You will also handle the DOLE Construction Safety and Health program, administrative petty cash, and maintain the Master List of fixed assets and projects. Additionally, you will assist with ISO application and audits.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,770.00 – Php19,00.00 per month
Benefits: Health insurance
Work Schedule: 8-hour shift, in-person
Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work Under Pressure
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
