Job Description
We are hiring an Enablement Specialist to empower sales and customer teams with training, tools, and content to accelerate performance and adoption. You will design onboarding programs, create playbooks, deliver workshops, and gather feedback to refine enablement strategies.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales enablement or training, strong communication and project management skills, and familiarity with CRM and learning platforms. An analytical mindset and the ability to translate product knowledge into practical sales assets are required.
