Job Description
First Sumiden Circuits Inc seeks a General Services Supervisor (Japanese Support) to oversee utilities, transportation, vendor services, GA policy communication, and visa/AEP record keeping for foreign staff. Requirements: Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related; minimum 5 years HR/General Affairs experience with 2–3 years supervisory experience in manufacturing; strong written and verbal communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Must handle Alien Employment Permits, visas, and government documentation. ISO 9001/14001 knowledge is an advantage. Job types: Fixed term, Temporary. Schedule: 10-hour shifts, holidays, overtime, weekends. Expected start date: 01/28/2026.
