About the Role:
FKA Agri-Chemical Corporation is seeking a diligent and results-driven Collection Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recovering outstanding debts, managing timely payments, and ensuring the financial health of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact clients to collect outstanding payments.
- Negotiate payment plans and resolve billing issues.
- Maintain accurate records of collection efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in collections or a similar role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- MS Office proficiency; finance training is a plus.
