Job Description
Flexible Packaging Products Corporation seeks a full-time HRD Assistant based in Valenzuela (50 Maysan Rd). You will support HR operations: benefits facilitation (SS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR), recruitment planning and coordination, disciplinary investigations, HR administration, and daily compliance with SOPs and safety standards. Requirements: graduate in Psychology, Human Resources Management or Behavioral Science, minimum 2 years HR experience, MS Office proficiency, detail-oriented, and knowledge of Philippine labor laws.
