Job Description
As Sales Supervisor at Focus Services, you will lead global sales across Asia, Europe and the USA, develop and implement sales strategies, regional plans and quotas aligned with business objectives, and set vision, policies and action plans. You will coach and drive the sales team to meet targets, negotiate and close deals with key customers, monitor performance metrics, prepare forecasts, identify new markets and prospects, provide client-focused solutions, support product launches, build strong account relationships, resolve issues promptly, and collaborate with Marketing to execute campaigns and events.
