Job Description
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team? Ford Tractor Phils. Inc. is seeking a motivated individual for the position of Facilities/Real Estate Assistant.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for building maintenance and other repairs.
- Assist in real estate activities such as lease agreements, property management, and tenant communications.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff, including booking flights and arranging services.
- Renew building permits.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduates welcome.
Pay: Php17,00.00 – Php19,00.00 per month
Benefits: Company events, pay raises, transportation service.
Schedule: 8-hour shift, In-person work location.
Requirements
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Basic Computer Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
