Job Description
Source and inspect sites; coordinate with brokers and landowners; prepare proposals, contracts and permit applications; procure property documents; conduct market and competitor research; support negotiations with data-driven insights. Requirements: Bachelor’s (preferably Engineering, Management, Property Development/Real Estate), minimum 2 years in real estate or business development, strong organization and communication, attention to detail, familiarity with acquisition processes, data analysis skills, R1/2 or non-professional driver’s license. Full-time, in-person. Salary Php30,00–35,00/month. Benefits: HMO, health & life insurance, leave credits, annual raises and incentives.
