Job Description

Job Title: Architect / Site Architect

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Setup: On-Site

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and adaptable Architect to join our team for on-site project work. This role is open to licensed and non-licensed applicants who have at least 1 year of relevant experience and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture. The ideal candidate is hands-on, site-oriented, and comfortable working closely with engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture
• Minimum 1-2 year of work experience (site or office-based)
• Open to non-licensed applicants
• Willing and able to work on-site or office based
• Adaptable and flexible to site conditions and project demands
• Must know how to drive Motorcycle or 4 Wheel Vehicle and preferably with a valid driver’s license
• Knowledge and able to draft drawings, plans, and specifications
• Proficiency in reading Engineering Drawings
• Knowledge in drafting and modelling AutoCAD & SketchUp
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to prepare basic cost estimates
• Do as-built measurements & prepare or update as-built drawings
• Draft and review shop drawings (architectural scope)
• Open to relocating near the assigned project site
• Willing to learn and grow in a site-based environment
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with a practical approach to problem-solving
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced construction setting

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise & monitor day to day activities, site conditions, workmanship on site and construction progress
• Assist in on-site architectural supervision and coordination
• Conduct and prepare site inspections, estimates, progress reports, monitor schedules, and materials
• Review and help prepare architectural drawings and details
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, foremen, construction workers & suppliers
• Ensure work complies with approved plans and design standards
• Attend site meetings and assist in documentation and reporting
• Perform other architectural or site-related tasks as required
• Enforce site safety rules & standards operating procedures
• Maintain site records, logs and as-built documentation
