Job Description
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot plant machinery and mechanical systems.
- Identify and correct malfunctions in systems or components, recommending design modifications where applicable.
- Execute preventive maintenance and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs under the guidance of the Maintenance Lead.
- Recommend and prepare materials, spare parts, and tools required for maintenance and repairs.
- Contribute ideas for improving work processes, equipment efficiency, and reliability.
- Participate in problem-solving initiatives using DMAIC, FMECA, and RCA tools (5 Whys, 6W2H, Breakdown Analysis, Fishbone Diagram).
- Support production operations as required, including during holidays or rest days, and remain flexible with shifting schedules.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Engineering & Project Manager, Engineering Leads, or PM Planner to support operational efficiency and continuous improvement

Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
