Job Description
We seek a professional Mandarin-speaking Agent to provide customer support via phone, email, chat, and messaging. Fluent Mandarin and English required. You will handle product, order, billing, and technical inquiries, document interactions, escalate complex cases, and use CRM and ticketing tools. Preferred experience: call center or BPO, multilingual teams, and flexible hours. This full-time, in-person role offers Php80,00–Php90,00/month. Candidates should have strong problem-solving, active listening, and the ability to manage high-volume interactions with professionalism and cultural awareness.
