Job Description
Fresca Trattoria Inc. seeks a Chef de Partie to prepare, cook, and present dishes to restaurant standards while managing a designated station (grill, sauté, pastry, or pantry). You will ensure mise en place, supervise commis chefs, monitor portion control, waste and stock rotation, and uphold food safety and hygiene. Assist with menu development and coordinate with the team for smooth service. Required: culinary degree or 2–4 years’ professional kitchen experience, strong cooking techniques, leadership, multitasking under pressure, and attention to detail. Fast-paced environment with flexible hours including weekends. Full-time, in person. Salary from Php20,00/month.
