Job Description
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a dedicated Transformation Manager to assist in developing and implementing intercompany processes, ensuring effective collaboration across departments. In this role, you will work closely with the Intercompany Lead and key stakeholders to design future-state processes and performance metrics.
Responsibilities include maintaining process documentation, contributing to SAP S/4HANA ERP implementation efforts, and tracking project progress to align with business goals. You will participate in global workshops, monitor process performance, and provide guidance to enhance process understanding throughout the organization.
